This program is an essential for everyone ready to start a journey to a better YOU! I started with Anicke with my main concern being low energy levels and I wanted to loose weight in a healthy way. I was already eating healthy and exercising at the time, but she opened a whole new world to me. With a small tweak in my daily meal routine along with SUPER delicious meals and snacks- my energy levels have been amazing. My cravings are gone and I find myself excited to have my next healthy meal. I have lost weight even after over indulging on my cruise holiday! I have so much more out of life – not just surviving but thriving! I know this is a long term constant lifestyle and I still have to create more permanant habits, but I look back at where I was, and where I am today… I mean, all I wanted to do every day, all day, is sleep! I am excited for the journey ahead…
