As a health coach, I help you discover where you want to be, where you are now and what is holding you back. We work together to remove the obstacles that stand in the way of success, and arm you with the tools, mindset shifts, new habits and routines, (and of course delicious + nutritious recipes!) necessary to change. And though this is a partnership, success relies on you! I challenge my clients to step outside their comfort zone because that is how you grow.
We work at a pace that is comfortable for you, as there is no one-size-fits-all approach to a healthy lifestyle. Finding the balance and rhythm that works with your bio-individuality is the key. I encourage a positive relationship between the body and the mind.
As a client, you will address questions to pinpoint what you desire in your life:

  • What gives me the most joy?
  • How do I want to feel in all areas of my life?
  • What are my core desires?

This program is an essential for everyone ready to start a journey to a better YOU! I started with Anicke with my main concern being low energy levels and I wanted to loose weight in a healthy way. I was already eating healthy and exercising at the time, but she opened a whole new world to me. With a small tweak in my daily meal routine along with SUPER delicious meals and snacks- my energy levels have been amazing. My cravings are gone and I find myself excited to have my next healthy meal. I have lost weight even after over indulging on my cruise holiday!
