We will explore a 8 new recipes to add to your new healthy lifestyle, then sit down at the end to taste your beautiful creations and chat more about being healthy and happy!
Includes 1, 2 ½-hour cooking class. Complete with tips on how to compose balanced meals that incorporate concepts of food combining, additional digestive tips, variety of handouts, recipes and other customized materials beneficial for your progress, and based on your overall goals.
