This is the second cooking lesson in a series of 7. This is a class that was inspired by all the beautiful friends in my life! We as women are so focussed outwards, and giving to the people in our lives. So a lot of the recipes and motivational contents in this class is inspired to put the glow back in your life, or keep the glow from the inside out!
Enjoy the intimate and interactive hands-on cooking experience, where you can learn and ask questions about what we are cooking or about living the gorgeous gut lifestyle in general. We will make two to three recipes of your choice, then sit down at the end to taste your beautiful creations and chat more about being healthy and happy!
Includes 1, 2 ½-hour cooking class. Complete with tips on how to compose balanced meals that incorporate concepts of food combining, additional digestive tips, variety of handouts, recipes and other customized materials beneficial for your progress, and based on your overall goals.

- All classes use local, seasonal ingredients and organic wherever possible. Often from our kitchen garden.
- Learning fundamentals of whole-food preparation, cooking and eating.

- Receive a folder of all recipes to take home aswell as the confidence to cook without them!
