Super Green Juice

For me one of the key elements to juicing, other than it being organic and filled with nutrition, that its delicious! No one is going to stick to something (drink or eat) that they have to close their nose with a peg and struggle to swallow. Most people who are first introduced to juicing has a pre-conceived idea of a green juice, and usually its the last juice that they will voluntarily try. So as always, this recipe had to be tested on the not-so-easy pleasers – the sceptic men who are afraid of greens and the teenagers addicted to fast food! Guess what – they love it!

This recipe is packed with greens. Its a good stress reliever and is rich in Vitamin A, C and K. I love adding this juice as a morning snack.

Review Cameron (17 years): Drinking the Super Green Juice was a great way to start the day, it gave me the energy I need to work effectively in my Job Shadow Program for school and it was very refreshing.   • 4 handfuls of kale
  • 4 sprigs of mint
  • 3 oranges
  • 1 Lemon
